After a tough high volume training week, this past summer for Ironman Lake Placid, I was so sore that I could not imagine putting in more training I needed to do over the weekend. I decided to get a recovery massage from Lucy to see if it would help me get to the training I had yet to complete during the weekend.  After consulting with Lucy and giving her pertinent training goals and such information about my pending training, she quickly and professionally set up an appointment and gave me the best massage to help me with recovery. Not only did her care and expert techniques help me do the workload I had planned I was able to go out several hours later and do a training ride. I was totally invigorated and completely supple for my workouts. If you value high quality training and quality of life a massage from Lucy is a must and highly recommended.
