Lucy believes in an integrative approach. Every massage is catered to the needs of each individual client. Facilitating each individual in continuous movement.

Lucy Peralta-Hayes is a graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mt. Kisco, NY. During her time in the Finger Lakes School she was trained in multiple modalities. Swedish, Connective tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Medical, Sports, and Pregnancy. A Reiki 2 practitioner, she is mentored by Deana Paqua. Deana is a Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, Holistic Body Worker and Spiritual Leader. In addition, Lucy has become a Certified Instructor of Infant Massage with Infant Massage USA.

Lucy has worked as a Medical Massage Practitioner at Carlson Physical Therapy, supporting clients through their rehab, and working along side the Physical Therapist on staff. She also worked along side Physical Therapist who are trained in Shroth Method(a scoliosis method to help those with curvature of the spine) at CT Scoliosis and Spine Rehab, LLC. She's worked with and along side Acupuncturist and Chiropractors to continue the support and rehab of their clients. Lucy facilitates support and rehab for all from Scoliosis, injury rehab, to relaxation.

As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage(CEIM), she helps facilitate and enhance the loving relationship between parent/caregiver and infant. And is certified to teach parent/caregiver to massage their infant.

Continuing in her field of healing, Lucy is also certified in KinseoTaping, Contemporary Cupping methods, Cranial Sacral, Level 1 and Lymphatic Drainage of the Lower Quadrant. She has plans in continue her knowledge base in all modalities, so she can provide the best service of healing for her clients.

Mother of three and Ridgefield resident for 20+years, Lucy and her husband Brady, active in their children's lives, have volunteered their time and effort in anything from sports to school activities. When not working, she loves to walk her dog, Kato, swim, walk, kayak, and spend time with her family. Lucy continues her work in helping others by providing support to all athletes, young and old, in addition to offering Medical and Therapeutic Massage to all who are in need.
